대상지와 인접해있는 공원과 연계된 풍부한 숲을 조성하여 공원 속 단지 경관을 연출하였다. 바람길을 고려한 친환경적 단지 배치 및 중앙수로를 통한 미기후 조절 효과를 계획하였으며 넓은 잔디광장을 조성하여 주민들의 다양한 형태를 유도하였다. 또한 주민들의 커뮤니티를 위한 다정원, 캐널산책로, 조각공원 등 공원 속에서의 여유를 느낄 수 있도록 조성하였다.

The landscape of this site(community) is harmonized with the nearby park and the beautiful forest. The community considers the eco-friendly system, such as a wind direction. The microclimate is controlled by the central canal. Also, a wonderful lawn-open space is designed by the people's behavior. In addition, a tea garden, a walking path through the canal, and a sculpture garden can provide the peaceful and comfortable atmosphere for the community.
